We stayed with family and friends for fourteen days, from 15th-28th Jan 2026, while hosting our daughter's Haldi and wedding at Altair Boutique Hotel, Salt Lake, Kolkata. The staff handled our requests with a smile and were keen to deliver what we needed. They were energetic, motivated, and focused on customers, which made the stay very satisfying. We'd happily recommend Altair to our loved ones and would like to return. Best wishes to the whole Team Altair, especially Sudarshan, Dibakar, Utsab, Troyee, Ram, Sumona, Pathak-ji and Sujata.

Md Sahnawaz looked after us attentively all through dinner and made the evening really enjoyable. Capella Sky Restaurant had a wonderful atmosphere, and the service was top-notch. We had a fantastic experience and highly recommend it.

At my wedding reception on January 23, 2026, everything went smoothly from beginning to end. The venue was managed impeccably by Banquet Manager Mr. Sundaram, and Chef Ananta Seth and his team served superb food. I highly recommend it for special occasions.

We were really disappointed that the infinity pool isn't temperature controlled. It's surprising for a five star hotel to have no temperature control in winter, and the jacuzzi wasn't working either. The room itself was nice and had a great view.

We had a weekend candle light dinner with a great rooftop vibe and a soothing panoramic view. The food was great, the service was good, and Sahnawaz was a great host.
