10/10
The hotel is clean and well maintained, and the staff were helpful and cooperative. Check-in and checkout went smoothly. The rooms were a little compact, and the finishing and maintenance could use some work, though they were clean and comfortable enough for a short visit. Being so close to the metro made getting around the city easy and saved time and money. If public transport is what you need, it’s a good choice for tourists or business travelers. The stay was comfortable and worth the price despite the small room issues. Recommend for travels 👍👍

4/10
The room was in a very convenient spot, right in front of city Central 1 metro station, which made getting around easy. But the room itself wasn’t up to the mark. There was a lack of cleanliness, with a dirty toilet and bathroom, visible marks, hair, and a cockroach on the bedsheet. The TV unit didn’t work, and the person at the office desk wasn’t very cooperative.

The staff behaved well, and the place was clean and comfortable. Great location, affordable too, and worth the money.

The location was good, and the staff behaved well. Almost everything was good, though the rooms could be improved a bit.

I stayed at the hotel by myself and everything else was fine. But at check-in they took my fingerprint and a webcam photo, and I’m worried about why they did that and whether my data could be misused. I asked the staff, but they didn’t explain.
