The location in Newtown made getting around easy, especially for wedding events and other nearby places. I stayed at FabHotel Capital Casa for my school friend's wedding and had a very pleasant time. Staff were polite and cooperative, which made things hassle-free, and the hotel offers good value for the money. After a long day of wedding celebrations, the room felt calm and relaxing. It was spacious, clean, well maintained, and the bed was comfortable. Housekeeping kept everything tidy. Food was fresh and tasty, the service was prompt, and there were good options for breakfast and other meals. The lift was useful for families and older guests, especially with luggage. A good choice for a wedding, family stay, or short visit in Newtown.

The food took a long time to arrive. Dinner came at 10 pm, and lunch was late too. We also weren't given any bill for our payments, even though we asked for one repeatedly. It was a very average hotel experience. If you book a stay here, I'd suggest doing it online so everything is documented and clear.

It's a decent location, only a short distance from Newtown bus stand. The room was disappointing, though: no towels, no electric kettle, and the TV couldn't connect because its wire was broken.

The balcony setup left us with no privacy. It was shared with another room, the gate was transparent with only one curtain, and its lock was broken. Staff hadn't told us it connected to another room. We only discovered this at night, and they were hanging clothes on the balcony while we were still in our room. We spent the whole day in that situation. We waited until 12:30 pm for the room to be ready, then ordered lunch at 12:45. It didn't arrive until around 3:10. At night, they forgot the bottle of water we ordered, and only brought it after I called again an hour later. Worst hotel I've stayed in, with the worst service and food. Fab Hotel, I'll never visit any of your hotels again or recommend them to anyone in my family or friends circle. You spoiled my vacation. I checked out after one day and moved to another hotel that was far better.

We waited 2.5 hours for lunch after ordering, and it took them an hour to bring a bottle of water. The service was painfully slow. The room's balcony was attached to another room, and its gate was broken. How is that safe?
