Collection O NEOSTAY TOWN HOUSE

OYO never responded or offered support after I reported what happened. My booking confirmation said I would pay INR457 at the hotel, but when I arrived they demanded Rs.1300 or more. They ignored the confirmation email from OYO and refused to honor that price, which caused me a lot of trouble. The service from OYO felt increasingly unprofessional. This was my worst experience with them.

OYO support refused a refund even though the hotel wouldn't give us a room and tried to move us to another property. They transferred us to Neostay, which was even worse, with a place that looked like a crime scene and left me wondering what illegal activity might be happening nearby. The whole thing was cheap in every way, from the behavior to customer support. I'm done with OYO and won't book with them again.

After reaching the hotel, I was told to pay another 1200 on top of the 600 I had booked through clear trip for 6th September. They threatened me with a “do whatever you want” response. cleartrip cc couldn't resolve it and refunded me, so I then spent another two hours looking for somewhere else to stay. This is an Oyo gang to avoid, despite the low app prices and discounts. I consider the hotel a scam.

The view was lovely, and the hotel was clean and tidy. Service was very slow, but the food was good and I enjoyed the stay. It's a good location, about 1 km from Biswa Bangla Gate. At Crossing you can get chai and snacks, and there are street foods nearby like chowmein, potato twisters, rolls, momos, and chicken seekh kebabs.
