The room I got after booking online was in poor shape. The rooms and bathrooms were very dirty, and all the switch boards were open. The bed was like a leader, with lots of firm pillows.

For the price, the room was in good condition and the atmosphere was okay. Mr.Soumen was a nice man. Thank you.

They first refused my check-in and asked for extra money beyond the Oyo charge. The behavior was rude and unprofessional, and the whole process was harassment. Inside, the room was untidy and smelled very bad. The AC and fan didn't work properly, the blanket and towel were unwashed, and they refused to replace the towel when I asked. The food was awful too. A horrible waste of money. Be alert, this felt like a scam and a fraud.

There was a privacy issue here, so don't go. When I checked in, they took my phone, opened the Oyo booking, gave themselves a 5-star rating, and marked me as checked out before handing me the room key. I didn't realize until later, when I tried to rate them in the app and saw the checkout already done from my phone. The room was the worst I've seen, with dirty walls, sheets, pillow, towel, toilet, and wall fan. The TV didn't work, there was no soap in the bathroom, and they charged double for a bottle of water. The staff were awful.
