La Paraiso Resort & Spa

We paid 18k for one night, and the room view was about the only part that felt worth it. The room was small, outside locks were missing, and our belongings felt unsecured. Hot water took at least ten minutes to reach the tap, even handwashing was a chore. Food was okay but expensive, and once there we found it almost impossible to go out because the road is very steep and cafés are some distance away. The property is small, with little to look around, and the roads aren't favorable for going out, so ordering their food felt like the only option. The glamp view is nice, but the service was very disappointing for that price. They seemed to have only 3-5 staff, and we could be left unattended for half an hour. When we asked, they said they were busy with another guest. Nobody told us the jacuzzi hours, and there was no sign or written information either. Since we were tired from traveling on check-in day, we planned to use it the next morning, but were told no. They said it can only be used from 2pm to 7pm, and claimed there wasn't enough hot water for all guests. We were also told it couldn't be operated on checkout day. If it's a private jacuzzi, why is its use limited like that, especially at such a high nightly price? Is their water supply problem really the guest's fault? The photo I posted shows there were no instructions about the jacuzzi time limit. At this rate I expected better rooms, amenities, and service. I'd suggest looking for another property at the same price.
