The hotelier had a lot of ego and didn't know how to speak to customers. He even refused to let me use the washroom. Worst hotel ever.

The hotel is right by Kolkata@New Market, a prime spot, and I liked it for the reasonable prices. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially @Prakash dada. I hope they add enough modern amenities while keeping the prices reasonable. Thank you!

The way they treated customers was rude, with really bad behavior. Don't go there.

They behaved very badly and clearly don't know how to speak to customers!

It's a tiny hotel, but the location works really well for shoppers. There are lots of restaurants and street food shops around. The staff have behaved well so far, and it seems like a good place for friends, though a bit rough for families. Most rooms are tiny. There are no amenities at all, apart from a small piece of very cheap shop.
