There is a restaurant downstairs, and its food is decent, but the service can be very slow. Sometimes they don’t even answer the phone. As for the room, it was old and the walls were stained. We were on the first floor and had no hanger, cupboard, window, or charging point by the bed. There was no water filter either. The pictures online were completely different from what we found.

The place felt shady rather than welcoming, and I wouldn’t recommend it. The washrooms were in a terrible state. There were rats on the staircase, cockroaches throughout the building, and dirty bedding. The lack of cleanliness made the whole stay unpleasant.

Guests shouldn’t have to ask for their bills, they should be provided without asking. The service was even worse: nobody answered calls, so you have to handle things yourself and go looking for help. Cleanliness was very poor, with dust, food waste, and cigarettes around, plus a constant cigarette smell in the rooms and corridor. For the price, basic things like drinking water, bath soap, and toilet soap should be included.

The service was extremely poor. There was no morning room service, not even a cup of tea, so we had to go out for it. The rooms had no ventilation, the AC didn’t work properly, and the bedsheet was torn. Everything was extremely untidy and unclean. They also charged us for an extra day because we checked out just 20 minutes after the stated checkout time. I wish I could give a negative star.
