You wouldn’t guess from the outside how nice the rooms are. I was very satisfied with the room and service. Even the standard room was spacious, with great cleanliness, a comfy bed, and a roomy wardrobe. There were toiletries, slippers, an electric kettle, a chair, and a sofa. Room service and the food were good too. The main downside was noise from the pub downstairs. Also, the 15-20 stairs up to reception aren’t ideal for elderly people.

A cozy hotel that feels worth the price. The staff were helpful and behaved well. I’d definitely recommend it.

The location is the only good thing here. Service was extremely slow, and room service staff weren’t cooperative. I also got the impression that online bookings were assigned lower-quality rooms than offline bookings, which felt unfair. Early check-in costs ₹500–₹700, and that wasn’t made clear beforehand. Their “unlimited breakfast” claim is misleading too, since the choices were limited and didn’t match what they advertise. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Agoda (Booking.com) lists check-out as 12:00, but we were told to leave at 11:00. If that is actually the hotel’s policy, the listing needs correcting. At check-in the staff were rude and arrogant; at checkout they suddenly smiled, acted friendly, and asked for a good review. I can’t give this place one. The room faced a main road, with unbearable traffic noise and honking day and night, plus loud sounds from the bar next door late into the night. The room was dirty, and the worn bed cover, sheets, and pillows felt unhygienic. I was unbearably itchy after sleeping there. The bathroom was disgusting, full of tiny flies, and the shower didn’t work. We had to use a bucket of hot water, which ran out after a few minutes and left only cold water. Service was terrible from the manager through the rest of the staff, with no hospitality at all. I spent one night in their so-called “Deluxe Room,” which felt like a prison cell. It was completely overpriced, and I wouldn’t stay there even for 500 rupees a night. I’d never recommend this place.
