I've stayed at this hotel more than 20 times since 2024 and never had an experience this bad. I booked through the OYO app today and paid the full amount online, but the staff said there were no rooms despite my confirmed booking. They said they could "arrange" one only if I paid another ₹299 in cash, claiming guests arriving after 5:00 PM had to pay extra. That rule isn't in the OYO policy or my booking details. I also saw the receptionist demand the same charge from another customer at checkout. OYO Customer Care was no help and offered no solution. If this rule were real, why hadn't it come up during all my earlier stays? The receptionist was extremely rude, telling me to pay ₹299 or leave, and wouldn't refund the cancellation charges. It feels like the hotel and OYO are working together to scam customers. The reception staff's behavior was unacceptable, and I'm very disappointed by OYO's lack of support for a loyal customer.

The room was completely unhygienic, so don't book unless you have an emergency. They charged around 2k for a premium room, but the quality was awful. The TV either wasn't there or didn't work. The washbasin and commode looked like using them could give you a disease. The AC barely worked, and they charged about 400 extra for a complimentary meal that was just two small pieces of chicken and some rice.

At 10 pm I couldn't even find the hotel, and the phone numbers were invalid. I never checked in because I couldn't reach the hotel, and even customer care couldn't get through to them. Now Goibibo won't accept my refund request for the 6k I paid. This feels like a scam. Be careful.

The room stank, and the sheets and pillows were filthy. There was dust and stains everywhere, and the unclean bedding made the place feel unhygienic. After paying 1200, I got a room that didn't match the booking photos and felt like a downgrade. The condition was unacceptable and needs immediate attention. I'd ask everyone not to book here and waste their money. For 1200, you can find a better room somewhere else.

The door lock was a disaster, and the sink tap didn't work. The flush wasn't working either. I had a very bad experience and wouldn't recommend this hotel.
