The sheets were torn and had hair on them. They said breakfast and tea were complimentary, but charged for both, and provided just 200 ml of water per person per day. Our order took 1 hour 45 minutes to arrive. A terrible experience.

A good place with good hygiene overall. They should get some repairs in the washroom done promptly to make guests' stays better.

I felt unsafe using the filthy swimming pool because the railing for getting in and out was broken, and I could have had a serious accident. There was no TV in my room, and the bathroom was disgusting, worse than a railway retiring room. They charged ₹40 for room service that never happened, plus for mineral water bottles I hadn't used. The place was unhygienic and unsafe, and I felt misled by false promises and hit with hidden charges. I plan to report what happened to consumer authorities.

Everything else was okay, but the TV didn't work. The maximum TV channels hadn't been recharged.

The food was tasty, and the first manager we met was very good in his behaviour. Still, the service was very poor. The washrooms were dirty, mosquitoes were in the rooms, and no mosquito repellent was provided during the first two days. The rooftop pool was very dirty too. Fab hotel prime eco park service are not good.
