Super Collection O Bisarjan Ghat Formerly Eden Rocks

I booked two nights, from the 18th to the 20th, but the rooms were unlivable. The pillows had fungus, and the covers, sheets, and blankets were stained with blood, lipstick, and other marks. When I reported it, staff brought several replacement covers, but every one was the same. The bathroom flooded after a five-minute shower. The basin tap spins, sending water onto the counter instead of into the sink. With the geyser on, the basin water can burn your hands because the other knob can’t be adjusted. I told them I’d check out on the morning of the 19th because I couldn’t stay in those conditions, and sent Ixigo photos. After back-and-forth with Ixigo, I was told the property had declined my refund request. But when I called the owner and operations manager, they said the hotel had nothing to do with refunds, that it was up to booking partner Ixigo, and apparently nobody had declined it. Ixigo again said the hotel had refused. Someone from the corporate office called and said they’d resolve it soon. The result was still: refund declined by the hotel. Ixigo wants the hotel’s approval for a refund, even after you send pictures. This was a scam, and staying there felt like punishing myself. I don’t recommend it.
