FabHotel Raj Darbar

I paid online for a room I had booked in advance through MakeMyTrip, but the reception refused to let me check in. They said online bookings weren’t allowed and there were no rooms, which made no sense after I’d already paid. I’ve never had such a terrible hotel experience. I won’t stay at Raj Darbar Chinar Park again or recommend it. Hotels that operate this way should be blacklisted from trusted booking sites like MakeMyTrip. Be very careful, these places feel like scams.

When I checked out, I realized I’d left my watch in the room. I called the staff several times, but they said they couldn’t do anything and that it was my fault for leaving it behind. The way they spoke to me felt really dishonest. Their customer service is awful, and they don’t know how to speak to guests. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The lift was dirty and didn’t have a fan, and the room itself had problems too. The lock seemed close to breaking, so I had to call someone to open the door each time. The AC also made an annoying sound and didn’t work well. I wasn’t happy with the service.

For a good hotel in a prime location, this one’s an easy choice. Go ahead and check in.
