OYO 662 Hotel Comfotel

The location is calm and soothing, and the staff were very polite and good. My room was small but comfortable and manageable, with all the amenities, and it was super clean and hygienic. Very good hotel, recommend booking.

The food was a highlight, especially the breakfast, which had lots of fresh and tasty options. Both the restaurant and room service were top-notch, with prompt delivery and good meals. The location felt ideal, close to key attractions but still peaceful. Check-in was quick and easy, and I felt welcome right away. The staff were warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout my stay. They made the whole visit special. I’d recommend this hotel for business or leisure, and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

I booked a five-hour stay through Bag2Bag so I could freshen up, and arrived at 5 am with a senior citizen. The manager told me they had no booking, then said he’d informed them the room wasn’t available and cancelled it. He offered a room in 10 minutes, but only for one hour at the same price I’d paid for five. I refused to overpay, and he got angry. We’d come by train, so I asked to use the washroom and was told no. Shameless, unprofessional manager.

The service at Hotel Comfotel was excellent, and I felt very good spending these days there. Mr. Debnath was especially well behaved, and all the staff were good too, including the uncle sitting at the hotel entrance. Thanks to everyone. If I come to Kolkata again, I’ll surely visit Hotel Comfotel.
