The room was just average, so don't expect much. Mine was small, and the upgrade I wanted wasn't available because the hotel was full, leaving me with a smaller OYO room. The TV was only for show, not a smart TV, and the lift didn't work. The geyser took a long time to heat up. I didn't feel the bedsheets were clean: there were stains on them and the pillowcase. The OYO price also changed in the app when I checked in. The service, though, was good.

The room was clean and the food was tasty. All the staff were very good and helpful, including the front office and housekeeping teams. I booked through Oyo a few days ago, and it was a great stay. I'd definitely book here next time.

We paid to book the entire hotel for our out-of-town wedding guests in December, and what we got was a shameless joke compared with what we were promised. Our guests became ill from mold in the rooms. Hot water wasn't reliably running, and there was no Wi-Fi or TV connection. Basic housekeeping and cleanliness were lacking, and the staff were untrained. The owner, Viekram Soni, was no better than the employees. This place is a scam and the worst place you could stay. It was deeply embarrassing when our guests arrived. I strongly recommend booking any other accommodation. If I could give it no stars, I would.

We had to wait an extra 45 minutes past our scheduled check-in time, and the female receptionist was very rude. A shaved-head security guard, [takla], was arrogant and often behaved badly with guests. With hospitality like this, they should be removed from the major hotel booking apps.

The location is convenient for nearby tourist spots, and the hotel is very nice with a good ambience. Reshmi maam was welcoming and helped with all my questions. It was very hygienic, and I'll definitely visit again.
