The bathroom was completely neat and clean compared with the rooms, and the location right next to Dankuni Junction railway station is good. Service was okay, but not enough. The rooms were disappointing. The walls were cracked, and the TV didn't work. Its switchboard was broken, and there was no remote. The first room they gave me had no door lock, and the second was only okay, not what a hotel room should be. The bed was broken at the end and made noise, the mattress was poor, and the covers were torn. The light switchboard was nearly broken, there wasn't enough light, and there were mosquitoes.

Even cheap lodges are cleaner than this place. The hotel and room were unhygienic, cheap, and disgusting. Worst experience ever.

Parking costs extra, and the rooms weren't cleaned at all. There were cockroaches everywhere, and the OYO photos looked completely different from the actual place. Booking based on those pictures could feel like a total scam. It was a horrible experience.

They put me on the 4th floor, but the lift wasn't working, so hauling my luggage up was a nightmare. The room was tiny, poorly maintained, and had just one dim bulb, no tube light. There was also a power cut for around 40 minutes, and the generator didn't work. No towel or floor mat was provided, and basic amenities were missing. After showering, I had no way to dry my feet properly. I'd booked an AC room through OYO, but they gave me a non-AC room, saying there was an issue. I saw several AC rooms available, so that seemed like a lie. Staff said the discounted OYO rate didn't qualify for an AC room, which was misleading and unacceptable. It was a terrible stay, and I wouldn't recommend Westin Plaza. Don't be taken in by the photos or OYO discount offers, it wasn't worth the money.
