The main problem was breakfast. I had an early checkout and a long journey ahead, so I asked the staff the day before to arrange some food for us. They refused unless we paid extra, even though complimentary breakfast was included. That felt insensitive. The free breakfast also had very little choice, just 2-3 items. On the second day, they sent only puri and sabji to my room without telling me or asking first. Guests should be informed about changes like that in advance. The stay at Treebo Orion Sapphire was otherwise comfortable and satisfactory. The room was clean, the basic amenities were there, and the staff behaved well. It's decent for a short visit, but the breakfast flexibility, limited options, and poor communication need attention.

I found a good online rate for the room on my solo trip, and the hotel is in a prime location. The kitchen didn't open until after 8:30, though, and as an early bird I was already at work by then, so I couldn't try the hotel food.

The rooms are a good size, but cleanliness could be better. There were small mosquitoes in both the bathroom and room. Food was very average, and breakfast choices weren't great, with no complimentary omelette or dosa. I wouldn't recommend it.

Good amenities and a helpful, friendly front desk manager. The location is average, and both the room and bathroom are too small. Still, it's a decent hotel and value for money.

We stayed one day. One of our rooms was okay, but the other wasn't good. The two reception staff were very impolite, and when we were delayed by an hour the next day, they charged us an extra amount offline.
