There were cockroaches in the room, including baby ones coming out of the kettle's wiring slots. The extra bed option wasn't really a bed, just a rock-hard mattress, even though they might not charge for it. The bathroom exhaust fan was broken, so the window had to stay open, which made my family worry about people peeping in. Paint was coming off the walls near the bathroom, and the room's smoke alarm was dusty. The fire escape beside the bathroom was rusting too. The building felt more like a lodge than a hotel as soon as I came in. There was a cot right in front of reception where the man running the place slept at night. He seemed to be doing everything, janitor, housekeeping, security, cooking and more. It's a four-storey building with three rooms per floor. There are CCTV cameras, but when I arrived late, the man was asleep with his face fully covered, so he wouldn't know who had entered. With so many problems, I wouldn't stay here with family if I could afford somewhere a little better.

I've stayed here twice. It's in a quiet neighborhood near mudiali club, with the metro close by. The rooms are clean, but at 1.8k I don't think they're worth it, 1.2-1.5k would make more sense. They only provide breakfast and there's no restaurant, so Swiggy or zomato is what you'd use to eat in the hotel. One thing I found too early was the 11pm main door closing time. This time they left it open another 15-20 minutes after we asked.

I wouldn't recommend this place. The room had dirty linen and cockroaches, and the washroom was dirty with a shower area that didn't work. When we asked for cleaning, staff refused and were rude instead of helping. The whole thing felt completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

The room itself was decent, with lovely windows, proper curtains, and a roomy washroom. But there was no towel or water bottle, and the mattress was a little torn. Could've been a better stay, but it was what it was.
