We stayed for just 1 night at a reasonable price, and the location is convenient for Bada Bazar. The rooms are old but did the job, and families can stay comfortably. Hot water, AC, and TV were working, and staff helped when needed. We ordered food online. Service is limited and the bathrooms are a little less maintained, so it won't suit anyone wanting elegant, well-kept rooms and great dining. Still, it's a budget-friendly option if you're okay with some adjustments.

We booked two deluxe rooms but were given one normal room and one deluxe, while being charged for two deluxe rooms. They also refused to provide cleaning facilities. The hospitality was awful. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The rooms were good, with clean, spacious bathrooms. Room service was good too, and the staff were helpful. It could suit solo travelers or a group of boys, but I wouldn't recommend it for families with children. Wheelchair access is unavailable.

The markets, including Badabazaar, are within walking distance. For the location, this is a good hotel, with standard cleanliness and the facilities you need.
