OYO 15617 Abi's Inn

The owner didn't seem to care when I complained, and offered a premium room starting at 3000 rs instead. I couldn't find a single positive thing about this hotel. I booked through oyo and was charged double the amount. The room was small for the price, had no window, and the AC barely worked. There was no towel, no cleaning, and the washroom looked as if it had never been cleaned. The TV was just for show and didn't work, as the owner himself told me. Couples should expect zero privacy: someone kept knocking on the door and running off. The rooms aren't soundproof, so I could hear people walking or laughing all the time. The worst room experience I've had.

The price matched what the app showed, and it was very budget friendly. Everything was in good order, the rooms were neat and clean, and the hotel provided all the facilities. The staff were kind, well mannered, and helpful with any guidance. Cleaning was especially good. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The rooms were spacious and well cleaned, with sanitization and upkeep handled well. Staff were friendly, behaved well, and provided all the amenities. Service was good, too. A budget friendly stay that felt worth the money, and a lovely experience.

The rooms were large and came with all the amenities, and the hotel kept hygiene in good shape. Staff were humble and decent, and ready to help with anything needed. It's a good, budget friendly option for a comfortable stay in Kolkata.
