OYO 22591 SRJ Inn

The only good thing was the AC. The rooms are very small, and the staff at this property aren’t trained in how to speak to guests. The new receptionist kept saying he was new and didn’t know anything. There’s no restaurant; breakfast is just puri bhaji, and you have to tell them a day ahead. Visitors aren’t allowed at any time, and if a guest feels unwell, they can’t have a doctor come to the room. It seems suited only to couples looking for a few hours together. Another disappointing OYO stay, and the quality seems to get worse every day. OYO should check on the service here.

I had a nice stay on my first visit during Durga Puja. The room is short on space and the place feels a little costly, but the bed was comfortable and there were good facilities, including a fridge, AC, and coffee maker. Staff and outsiders didn’t disturb me. It’s a newly opened hotel.

I was moved here from OYO, and it turned out to be one of the worst places I’ve stayed. It felt more like a brothel than a hotel and really didn’t seem suitable for families. The rooms were cramped and dirty, and the AC above the bed started leaking when I switched it on. It was late, so I couldn’t change hotels and had to spend the night there. I’d advise everyone to stay away.

The room was quite small, but the location was perfect. Room service and the staff’s attitude were both very good, and they seemed well trained. I’d recommend staying here.
