Oyo Flagship Oblivion Stays

I ended up paying 900 extra rupees for an AC room because they charged more than the Oyo price. Oyo customer care gave me no support, and the hotel's behavior toward customers was very bad. They say it's not Oyo's father hotel. I'd tell everyone to look for another option and stay away. Once you've visited, you won't get any help from Oyo either. This was my first and last trip here. They'll rob you, so please don't go.

Poor service, high prices, and really bad customer behavior. Don't waste your money.

The hotel's atmosphere was clean and pleasant, and the spot is lovely, just outside the city with clear air and lots of greenery. The staff were helpful and behaved very well, but the food wasn't so good.

I was told after booking that the room would be non-AC because I had paid a low price, even though my reservation said AC room. When I called to say I’d arrive 30 minutes early, they said I couldn’t get a room before check-in time, then argued with me. The room itself wasn’t up to standard, and the staff treated me very badly. I left completely disappointed. I wouldn’t give them even one star.
