I was worried about hidden cameras, and there wasn't an attached bathroom. After I'd paid, she told me the hotel didn't provide attached bathrooms. I asked for a refund of 1120, but she wouldn't return it. I stayed just 15 minutes before checking out, and still didn't get my money back. The staff behaved very badly, the rooms were in poor shape, and it wasn't worth the price. They also charged extra at checkout. Please don't go to this hotel.
The location is poor, and the staff were very rude. The hotel was in bad condition and smelled awful. There was no attached bathroom, just a public toilet, and the bed and pillow covers were in poor condition and smelled bad too. It didn't feel suitable for couples, and I was worried about hidden cameras.
There was no water for washing my hands, so I had to use mineral water. The room didn't have proper lighting, and even after five hours the AC couldn't cool it because it was mounted so high. The bed was broken and creaked when I sat on it, and the bedsheets were dirty. This was the worst experience I've had at any property so far.
The place is quiet, close to a metro station, and the rooms are clean. The AC worked, and the rooms are very cheap. But there's no attached bathroom, so you have to leave your room to use one. They don't accept Oyo bookings paid online, so it's better to book online and pay at the hotel. Service also lacks professionalism.
The staff were very well behaved, and whenever I asked for room service they provided it. It's a good place to stay. The washrooms could just be a bit cleaner.
