The location is good, but the facilities were very poor. The rooms are small and the linen was dirty. Even for complimentary water or WiFi, you have to keep calling reception, and there were bugs in the toilet. I expected a more comfortable stay after seeing the photos, but it wasn’t.

We booked online and got what felt like an average room. The AC wasn’t working properly and kept leaking water. We ordered veg pulao but were served veg fried rice instead, and lunch took 40 minutes to arrive. The washroom was just okay, with some dirty areas. Overall, I didn’t like this hotel much.

The room, staff, and service were the worst I’ve experienced. There was dust and bugs everywhere. They said there was a compliment, but then told us to leave if we didn’t want it.

The AC was the only thing that worked well. The rooms were very dirty, the staff slow and unprofessional, and the hotel was confusing to locate. I paid Rs 3000 for two days, but even the geyser didn’t work. If you can, reject this place and choose one of the better hotels in the area.

I stayed in mid-September and paid 1200 for the room. It was a nice place, the staff behaved well, and I had no complaints. The doors were a bit rough, though.
