MakeMyTrip handled things calmly and stepped in with another solution, which I’m grateful for. Without their help, I could have been left stranded even though I had a valid booking. I’d booked this property through MakeMyTrip six months ahead and arrived on my check-in date with all my confirmation details. The owner refused to let me check in, saying the old booking rates no longer applied and the reservation wouldn’t be honored. A confirmed booking made months in advance should be respected. Changing the terms at the last moment and turning a guest away is unacceptable and misleading. It feels like they may take bookings at lower rates and then reject guests when prices rise. That’s my impression, but it left me feeling the property was dishonest and unethical. I’d tell people to stay away if they value their time, money, and peace of mind. The service was pathetic, there was no professionalism, and the hotel felt extremely unreliable. I’ll never book here again or recommend it, and I think it should be blacklisted for this kind of practice.

The quiet surroundings made for a lovely night's sleep, and the property was well maintained and hygienic throughout. I also liked the service from arrival at reception through check-out. It was a really comfortable, enjoyable stay, and I’d recommend it for families or friends.

The staff were really good to deal with, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Great amenities too. It’s in Newtown action area 2, just behind astra tower, and was the best stay.
