The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat

The buffet lunch ran from 1:00pm to 3:00pm, and we all ate together at the restaurant on the 10th floor of The Westin. The decorations looked outstanding, the atmosphere was stunning, and the staff were friendly. Everything from the starters through the main course and desserts tasted amazing. My family and I visited on 8th February 2026 with my sister malvika, her husband Rahul, my kalpana di, and my mom Mamta. The buffet was awesome, and The Westin made the day feel special. 5/5.

The hotel is a short trip from the airport, though there isn't much around it yet and the area still feels quite undeveloped. Inside, the facilities were well kept, the rooms cozy, and the staff attentive and helpful. Even with lots of guests and several events happening, I didn't run into any problems during my stay. The hotel team can help with most things you might need.

Barsha from housekeeping kept my room just how I like it throughout my 10 days there. She was cheerful, thorough, and always greeted me with a smile. Tonmoy at the restaurant was also quick to respond and thoughtful with his service. The lake view was wonderful, and the spacious, comfortable room was well cared for. The food was delicious, too, and restaurant staff were warm and attentive. The team made little efforts each day to help guests feel looked after, including a lovely Valentine’s Day surprise. The stay combined a luxurious feel with real hospitality.

The conference halls were comfortable even during long sessions, with good seating, lighting, and sound. Food at the event had a good range and quality, and staff were professional, polite, and quick to assist. I attended a company conference at The Westin Rajarhat. The property was spacious, calm, and well maintained, with a premium feel. Its location works well for business events in New Town/Rajarhat, and the ambience suited a corporate gathering. I'd recommend it for conferences and professional events.
