The rooms were untidy, and there wasn't a proper water supply. The bathrooms were bad and the taps didn't work. This has been my worst experience at this hotel so far. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, and would give zero stars if I could.

The only real plus is how close it is to the airport, so maybe it works if you're on a layover. Inside, the room felt restrictive, and you can hear people in the next room clearly. Don't trust the website photos. They didn't provide basics like toothpaste or shampoo, and gave us just one towel for two people. I had to ask for another, which was annoying.

We reached early in the morning hoping to request early check-in or wait at the hotel, but the gate was shut and there was no security outside. I called, but nobody answered. We had to book another hotel, and Treebo said a refund wasn't possible. I recorded a video at the time and need to escalate the issue.

The hotel photos don't show what the place is really like. The area was dirty and smelled bad, and there were cockroaches in the restaurant. Breakfast was very poor, with only two items available. Don't trust the pictures.

The bathroom was a mess, with no bucket or proper shower, and the water can disappear halfway through a bath. Cleanliness is awful and the staff are hopeless. This feels like a grave, not a hotel. A big noooo.
