Vedanta Boutique Hotel by Treebo

The Wi-Fi didn't work, and repeated calls didn't get the problem fixed. The room and restaurant prices felt too high. Poor management, and I didn't enjoy the stay.

We were left without dinner in the middle of the night, and the hotel staff wouldn't answer the phone after I had been calling continuously for an hour and fifty minutes. We've booked with Treebo several times without this kind of embarrassing experience. It felt as if nobody cared that guests might be hungry, tired, or need help. The staff were either asleep on duty or not doing their jobs, which is shocking at such an important hour. This hotel left us starving. Pathetic service, no professionalism, and the most careless staff we've encountered. Very disappointing for a hotel associated with Treebo.

The property looked noisy to me, and the service was awful. One staff member, a woman sitting at the computer, kept discussing internal office politics. She also told me that if you book for only a limited number of hours, staff won't help carry your luggage. If you're used to good hotels, don't choose this place; the staff behaved very badly.

My guest was from New Zealand, and I was unhappy with the service. The bathroom hadn't been properly cleaned before check-in, and there was no proper receptionist. They also don't accommodate languages other than Hindi and are very strict about that. Since I live locally, this was especially disappointing. It was probably the wrong hotel choice.
