Xpress Inn By OYO Rooms

The food was good, but quite expensive, and the bottled water cost 42 rupees for 1 litre even though the MRP was 30. They don't allow outside food, which is okay, but staff rudely checked our bags to see if we had any. That felt unprofessional. The location is on the highway but remote, so getting a cab isn't easy. I stayed around 18 hours, and it got so noisy until midnight that sleeping was impossible. Rooms are too small, bathrooms are small and unclean, and this didn't feel like a place for families. Wi-Fi wasn't working until I asked them to fix it, and they don't accept UPI at check-in. The experience wasn't good at all.

The restaurant food was really good, though they don't allow outside food inside the hotel. It's also easy to spot from a vehicle because it's right beside the road. Service was good and the price was quite affordable. The air-conditioned rooms were cozy and clean, and the window view from the top floor is marvelous. It's a nice, beautiful place.

The location is nice, with the airport, railway station, and metro station nearby. There's a bar attached to the hotel, and food is available and good. It's okay for a short stay if you're a single guy, but the rooms tied to OYO aren't very clean.

They gave us a very small room, and the washroom was tiny with no lock. They also didn't provide the complimentary breakfast. The trouble started right away: despite my booking and full payment for one room, they refused check-in and wouldn't accept the online payment. I had to pay again and take another room. It was a lot of hassle from the beginning and the worst experience of all.
