Hotel Sea Pearl

I ordered chicken pulao from them through swiggy while on the train, and it seemed two days old. The rice smelled like old refrigerated rice. They charge a high amount for food and still sent something like this. I had severe loose motion afterward. My family is lucky they aren't registering a case against them over this awful experience.

The front office staff member gave us truly lovely hospitality, and the rest of the staff were simply superb. I had an exquisite stay at yhs hotel and will surely recommend it to people I know.

I went to Sea Pearl after seeing positive reviews from food vloggers, but the restaurant was a letdown. The beef fry I ordered came as beef in watery masala. After I complained, they brought a replacement that was burnt. The staff seemed quite arrogant, and then they charged me extra too. A really bad experience, and not worth the hype.

The location was great, a short walk from the main square and several attractions. Our room was spacious and well kept, with comfortable bedding and a large bathroom. Breakfast had lots of fresh, flavorful choices and was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist, who went out of her way with directions and recommendations. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.
