The attached bar is the only decent part. The food, service, and staff attitude were all too bad. Reception should learn from some of the cleaning staff how to treat customers.

The staff at the Xavier Residency bar were rude and arrogant when we asked about the menu and bill details. Prices are extremely high for the quality of service, and the attitude felt absolutely unprofessional. Not worth spending money here. I had a very bad experience and will never visit again. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

After the regular hours, after 11pm, security can get you alcohol, but you’ll pay at least three times the original amount, and it’s duplicate, spurious liquor.

The rooms are very spacious. It’s an old building, and they’re renovating it.

We found it really irritating that staff came asking us for tips. The customer service was very bad, and we won’t come back 😏😏
