I've stayed here three times, in Jan, feb, and march, and each time they upgraded me to a better room. The staff are good if you're good with them. For 24 Hours, the price is Rs.1000, and you might be able to bargain off 100,200, depending on your luck. They also offer hourly rooms for kota students who want privacy to meet up and chat. Ask for water and they'll provide drinking water. Every room has a water heater and Ac. I'd go directly instead of booking through oyo: they don't like those bookings because oyo cuts their money, and at the same oyo price you can get better room facilities by arranging it with the hotel. I went to pick up my sister from allen sangyan 2 for diwali, and since my train wasn't until the next day, I needed somewhere nearby for the night. The location worked really well for me. For its budget, I think it's one of the better hotels around. If you only need a night and want to save some money, it should do.

It's near Sangyan Campus in Landmark city, but my experience was awful. The rooms and linen were dirty, and the staff seemed unprofessional and couldn't manage basic service. Even check-in went badly, though we arrived around 2 am.

The rooms were decent and the staff behaved well, so I had a good stay. The issue was the nearby boys' and girls' hostels. People there shouted late into the night, sometimes for birthdays or other reasons.

For somewhere around the Allen Coaching Center inside the landmark, I don't think you'll find a good hotel elsewhere 👍 The rate for the room is fair, and the service here is good.
