The rooms were very dusty, and the toilets were worse than public toilets. The TV and lift didn't work, there was no WiFi, and staff weren't available. The whole hotel was empty; since we booked online, we were the only ones staying there. Don't book this hotel.
The service was bad, and there was no power backup. Rooms were only available on the 3rd floor, the price was high, and there was a water problem too. Cleaning was poor, and the bathroom was very dirty. A waste of money.
I'd stay away. The toilet was dirty, and the bathroom door was rusty iron with no handle. Once it shut, getting it open from inside was difficult.
The staff were the best part: helpful, cooperative, and around whenever needed. That's what earns the four stars. The place itself needs a lot of care, though. Rats were roaming around, and despite the rooms and bathrooms being spacious, they weren't maintained. There was usually some problem, from a TV not working to dust and dirt left around. The location is pretty remote, down narrow alleys. With proper upkeep, this could be a good place.
The property is tucked inside the market circle, and they don't seem to favor advance payment through OYO. My stay was just okay. The room wasn't properly maintained, the TV didn't work, and at ₹750 I didn't feel it was worth the price.
