The room and food are good, but the night staff were so rude to me and my friends. I’ve been using this hotel for about four years, at least four visits a year, and this is the first time I’ve faced rude behavior from the staff.

Parking is only on the road, and prices shown online are almost half of what they charge if you book offline.

At 1100 a night, this felt like the best hotel for the price. I stayed four nights and spotted one or two cockroaches, but otherwise it was a good place for a longer stay. The morning receptionist also made for a great experience.

The room was average for the price, with a noisy AC motor and its water outlet going into the bathroom. Room service would just open the door and leave the order without knocking. They brought noodles without plates, and when I asked for toast and butter, I got butter portions but no knife. Strange. Breakfast was just three sandwiches, with little variety. The bread was broken and looked as if it might have been prepared the night before. Yet certificates by the entrance show 4+ ratings from web portals, and goibibo gives it 4.2. I wonder how.
