The AC rooms with TV are good, and the staff are decent. Local couples can stay here because they accept local ID. The manager seems to have some anger issues, though. Ask about payment before booking through OYO or another site, as there’s a good chance they’ll refuse to let you stay if you paid online. Just an average place overall.
For a budget of ₹1000, you get quite a lot: RO water, a comfortable bed, clean linen, a fresh-smelling lift, free parking, hot water, a TV, towels, and AC. The staff are welcoming and try hard to make your stay comfortable. Rooms and bathrooms are a little small, and it’s not the best place, but it’s not bad either. It’s on the main road opposite Kota Medical college, and works okay as a budget stay.
The staff were really pleasant, and the service was excellent for an affordable price. The hotel is on the road in a good location, and cleaning is done regularly. It’s a very nice place to stay. I’m telling all my friends to stay here when they’re in Kota. Thanks to arogya hotel for the great service.
After a 15-hour journey, I still had to wait two to three hours for a room. I’d booked this hotel two days earlier for one night, but when I arrived at 6 pm, my room had already been given to someone else. They said check-in was at noon, and I had to wait there for hours. That was really wrong of the hotel. My advice to other visitors is not to choose this place.
The only good thing is that it’s the nearest hotel to New Medical Hospital. I had to stay there during covid, and the rooms were awful and untidy. They only entertain couples, too. Don’t visit with family, it was my worst experience ever.
