The food was delicious, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The team took care of every detail, and the hospitality and service were impressive. Worker Tamil selvan deserves special thanks for organizing everything so smoothly and helping make our stay memorable. His dedication and professionalism stood out. Thanks to him and the whole team. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend it.

The location was excellent and the views were great. The food was very good, too, and the staff were kind, though the service and facilities could be better. We stayed at Solitude villa Kotagiri, advertised as an independent 2 bedroom villa with a private garden, but the setup felt makeshift. The thin walls weren’t concrete, and we could hear kitchen noise. It reminded me of a cheap cruise boat. There was really one room with an odd divider, so there was no privacy and it wasn’t suitable for two couples. The beds were too close to the bathrooms, which felt disgusting. The garden wasn’t private either. It was a shared area connected to the kitchen, where breakfast was served to guests from the other rooms as well.

We had a comfortable, great stay at the Blumont loft. The loft-style rooms made for a cozy, quiet break, and the balcony view was breathtaking. Mr. Marthandam and his team were friendly and helpful. They served hot, tasty food prepared to our preferences. We’ll definitely visit again.

A TV would be a nice addition. The in-house menu has fewer vegetarian choices, and the complimentary breakfast selection is very limited. Still, it’s commendable as a place to stay and enjoy some peaceful moments.
