The hall suited our group of former schoolmates perfectly, with a comfortable, welcoming feel, and everyone enjoyed the excellent food. We recently held our 25-year reunion here, and the GM and team gave us extra time to catch up since many of us hadn’t met in over two decades. Their accommodating hospitality made the milestone memorable. I’d recommend it for group gatherings.

We had a very bad experience. The food is wildly overpriced, more than at 7-star hotels, and you can get good food opposite this hotel. The lounge bar is expensive too, with prices higher than at 5-star hotels in kerala. Goodbye.

We had a buffet lunch at Cloud9, Kothamangalam, and it was fresh, tasty, and well prepared. There was a good variety, and the meal was very satisfying. We’ll definitely visit again.

Their administration was a big disappointment. They cancelled my reservation at the last minute and showed little concern about it. The room service itself was fine, but the service experience overall, especially with their GM @ Jijimon, was the worst I’ve had.

We expect at least a printed bill, but didn’t get one. The toilet was filthy, and the dining area poorly maintained. The Heineken was overpriced compared with other bars. Is that supposed to be for the “hospitality”? Yesterday I went to the bar with a friend and ordered a Kingfisher Storm beer for ₹240, two Heineken beers for ₹1-300, two Kerala porottas at ₹25 each, a chapati for ₹25, and a quarter pork fry for ₹370. The pork portion was tiny and tasted awful. I’m attaching the bill for reference.
