Jawai Zinc Journey by The Fern

The highlight for us was the thoughtful hospitality. The F&B Manager arranged drinks and dinner on a scenic hill near the property, with a lovely sunset view, which became a memorable part of the trip. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was just as roomy and clean. Staff were warm and attentive throughout. We had a fantastic, relaxing stay at Hawaii Zing by The Fern and would recommend it.

The safari arrangements were handled flawlessly, from spotting leopards and sight seeing to setting up high tea on sight. The team was always on their feet and so attentive. We also loved the food, pool, stay, service, and especially the beautiful star gazing. Top notch experience, highly recommend.

The staff were so polite and helpful, and the resort felt peaceful, beautiful, and well cared for. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had great facilities. I had an amazing time at the Jawai Zinc Journey Resort. Definitely worth a visit.

Our leopard sightings on the jungle safari were a treat, though the experience didn't quite match the Instagram hype that had drawn us there. Bharat, our driver, went above and beyond to help us spot them. Back at Zinc Jawai @Fern, Mr. Deepak and Mr. Rohit were especially attentive and supportive, which mattered since there wasn't much else to do around Jawai. The food was delicious, and Chef Aurn kindly made tasty vegan dishes to accommodate my lactose intolerance. Everyone was polite and courteous, and the team made our stay comfortable and memorable.
