The only real plus was being near the railway station. We got a large room with two queen beds, and stayed in room 207 on 29th Dec. The place feels more like a hostel or lodge, an old building renovated to look new. The room smelled like a sewage plant, and there were mosquitoes everywhere. Breakfast was ordinary, maybe worth 60rs a plate. I was taken in by the phone conversations and WhatsApp messages and thought this would be a premium setup. There's no dedicated parking, just valet parking. Also, the handrail on the 4th floor needs to be properly finished, since the slip and fall risk is dangerous, as shown in the photo.

I usually choose Treebo when I travel to cities, so this stay was disappointing and didn't feel worth the money. Breakfast was listed as included on the website, but they asked me to pay at checkout. Parking is limited, and they take your car keys at check-in. When it was time to leave, there wasn't enough room to get the vehicle out and I had to struggle. The room was reasonably clean and tidy. I'm not sure whether this is under Treebo or darwesh, but the place didn't feel professional or honest, and I wouldn't call it trustworthy.

I chose this hotel because its Booking.com listing said I could pay at the property. Now, closer to my stay, they're asking me to pay in advance, which goes against the policy they advertised. The online terms don't seem reliable if they can change them at the last minute. Avoid it if you need dependable booking terms.

The train station is right beside the hotel, so you should expect some occasional train noise. The rooms are clean and well kept, and there is parking, though only enough space for a few cars.
