Kufri Pacific Resort

Mr. Sunil made sure every detail of our three-day celebration was handled the way we wanted, and Mr. Yogesh served some of the most delicious food. Our guests were comfortable and happy throughout their stay. We held our destination wedding at Kufri Pacific Resort last month, and the mountain setting made a beautiful venue. The décor, coordination, attentive staff, and warm hospitality all exceeded what we expected. It was a dream come true, and I’d gladly recommend the resort for a wedding or another special event.

The food was amazing, and the hospitality and management were top notch. The staff were kind, warm, welcoming, and generous. I was impressed by the hotel’s interiors, made with very high-quality materials imported from different places. One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve visited. I was there on a business trip. Special thanks to Mr Sunil khagta. A must-visit place.

The valley view from our room was the highlight of our two-day family stay, and the rooms themselves were clean, comfortable, and good. Staff were polite and supportive, and room service was prompt and satisfactory. Breakfast was good, though the rest of the food was average overall. Kufri is quite far from main Shimla and there are hardly any shops nearby, so plan around that. Hot water comes from a solar system, and availability can be limited if you need to bathe early before going out. It’s a decent choice if you want quiet surroundings and scenic views away from the city.

We spent two nights at kufri Pacific resort and had an awesome time, even with the snowfall. The direct route through kufri was closed, but Mr. Dinesh Sharma at reception guided us along an alternate way to reach the hotel. The staff were really helpful in the cold, providing 24x7 hot water and heaters in the rooms. Hats off to them. I’ll surely visit again and strongly recommend the resort.
