Dollar Villa Resort

I didn't stay here. I visited during my journey to book a room, but ended up booking somewhere else. I still liked this resort, though, so it's worth a visit.

The rooms were dirty and had torn bedsheets. I was at Dollar Villa on this 31st Dec 2024 and paid 3,000/- per night without food, after booking online, for what was a low-category room below ground level. I was charged double the online tariff. Another customer booked in front of me for INR.800/-, while these rooms aren't worth INR. 1,000/-. Don't book online. Check the photos for yourself.

My experience at this resort was bad. The service and room condition were very poor, and the AC wasn't working. When we asked them to start it, they said no one had told them to turn it on, then gave other advice like AC is bad for health. After a long argument, they turned on the AC. They also charged too much for the stay. Please don't reserve here in future.

The rooms weren't very clean, and the staff's behavior was unacceptable. The owner demanded extra payment, and when we asked about the room rate that had initially been misrepresented, the response was rude and uncooperative. I'd advise families especially to avoid staying here.
