The watchman was helpful and polite, especially when we needed help with parking. He’s the only reason I’d give this place one star. The rest was a bad experience. The room was just a regular AC room and didn’t justify the high price; it felt overhyped, and better options are available for the same cost. We had to call several times for basic requests. When we asked for an iron, the old one they brought had electrical issues, which was concerning. The pool was dirty, with a dead cockroach in it. We told staff, but nobody came to deal with it. Breakfast was tasteless and poorly managed too. Reception said it would be ready at 7:30 AM, but the next morning nothing was set up. We waited about 30 minutes, disrupting our plans and schedule. PLZ DONT BOOK HERE ..FIND SOMETHING BETTER .....

The restaurant has a wide range of dishes to suit different tastes, and the staff were very helpful. Service was among the best I’ve experienced. We stayed for two nights, and from arrival through checkout, everything was simply great. The rooms were spacious, very well maintained, and had a spectacular view. Definitely worth the money, and I highly recommend this place :)

I felt at ease throughout my stay thanks to secure access, well-lit grounds, and attentive staff. Everyone was courteous and responsive, and they went out of their way to make us comfortable. The spacious rooms were spotless and thoughtfully set up with the necessary amenities. The location was convenient for key attractions and transport, while still being peaceful enough to relax. A pleasant stay, highly recommended!

The staff were caring, friendly, and helpful, especially the restaurant team, who were kind and quick. Still, we didn’t have a good experience overall. Our room was okay, but the glasses smelled bad, and there was a big cockroach in the bathroom. The telephone didn’t work at first, though they fixed it quickly. The restaurant also needed more staff, since just two people were serving many customers.
