Serene Horizon Resort

The breakfast was fantastic, and the pool was clean and well looked after. We stayed with our family and our one-year-old, and found the room comfortable and tidy, with a roomy living area, well-kept curtains, and a very clean bathroom. The hotel’s architecture and interior work really stood out. Staff were welcoming and friendly, and check-in and checkout were easy. A great choice for families visiting Thekkady.

The meals were delicious and beautifully presented, and the spa and pool were in excellent condition. My room had gorgeous views, a spacious layout, lovely design, and luxurious amenities, and it was spotless. The staff were warm, attentive, and professional from the time I arrived, with real care for guest comfort. I had a flawless stay and would happily recommend this hotel for its hospitality, comfort, and luxury. I’ll definitely return.
