What I loved most was the hospitality. The staff welcomed us so warmly that it felt like home, and the service was very good. The rooms were clean, and the hotel itself is beautiful. Breakfast was especially tasty, and the welcome drink was delicious too. Choose this place if you're visiting Thekkady.

Love from Malaysia. Check-in was easy, and the team were welcoming and quick to respond. They also gave us great dining recommendations. The place was peaceful but still close to local attractions, and it looked just as pictured, clean, nicely decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. We had a decent stay and would happily come back.

The location made it easy to get to nearby places, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well kept. The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful, and the service was excellent. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. Mr Rajan, the F&B Manager, did a perfect job. Keep up the good work!

Everything else was OK, but the restaurant food needs work. The veg pulav was awful in both taste and texture. When I asked about it, they said it was fresh and blamed the different taste on the oil. I don't think the rice was rotten, but the oil seemed low grade. The parking area floors could use a cleaning too.

The room felt like a comfortable sanctuary, and the fine-dining restaurant alone is a reason to return. The dishes were delicious. From our welcome at check-in to the help with our luggage when leaving, the service was flawless. Arvind, Arjun, Praveen, and the rest of the restaurant team really understand hospitality. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel special. A stress-free escape, highly recommended.
