OYO 15560 Assent Inn

It's reasonably cheap and close to the IIM main gate, which may suit someone coming for that. Still, I wouldn't stay here again. The room was unclean, with dirty sheets, no blanket, and a leaky faucet. There was no soap in the bathroom, so I had to ask for one. They cleaned only twice during my week there, and only after I requested it. Hygiene seemed to be generally disregarded.

For the price, the facilities seemed fairly reasonable, which is why I gave three stars. But the stay itself was noisy and uncomfortable: sounds from other rooms and the nearby road were unbearable, and the old bed creaked badly. The bathroom was clean but poorly maintained, with a broken towel hanger and a shower that gave hot water unpredictably. We booked two rooms for two nights, and people kept knocking at odd hours. One person even walked into our room without knocking, saying he'd mistaken it for his.

We were quarantined here for 15 days, but the management never contacted us to ask if we needed anything. They didn't even provide the Wi-Fi password. At check-in things seemed fine, yet the service wasn't good enough to leave us satisfied, and our room was unhygienic.

I had a really nice stay and felt at home here. The staff were stunning, professional throughout, always smiling, and so welcoming. Thank you for making it such a good experience.
