Palette - Sign Regency Hotel

For the price, the rooms feel small, and the single beds are like the ones in a PG. Not suitable for families with kids.

There was no water, coffee, tea, or even towels, despite the promised amenities. The so-called free breakfast was a joke, and the food seemed unhygienic, so I left it untouched. The room had a strong foul smell, and the cot and mattress seemed at least 20 years old, making a good night's sleep impossible. The whole experience felt full of false claims and was very unsatisfactory. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I also noticed that the staff I met, including Sohail and Sujal, were the only ones who rated and reviewed it. Very misleading.

The rooms are okay, but everything else was flawed. The staff seemed unprofessional and poorly trained, with no basic etiquette, and you could never find someone when you needed help. Breakfast wasn't served by 8.30 am, so we left without it.

Breakfast had a delicious range of choices, and the location was close to everything while still peaceful at night. At Sign Regrency, the room was clean, spacious, and had what I needed, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view from the window. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
