When we raise a question about the power or anything else, they don't take action unless we go and check ourselves to make sure it's fixed. The customer support is really poor, and the way they treat customers is worse.

Not worth what you pay. I'd say don't go.

Maharaja looked passable when we first arrived at night, but the rooms were disgusting. The bed cover had sand and blood marks, the place reeked of sewage, and mosquitoes were everywhere. Even the towels we asked for were brown, like they hadn't been washed in years. We had to find somewhere else right away because staying even one night there felt impossible.

The room was nowhere near the pictures, and basic supplies were missing: no soap, shower gel, towels, or floor mats by the bathroom. The water bottle wasn't sealed either. We stayed one night last weekend and I'm still recovering from the bed bug bites. The bathroom entrance was two steps above the floor, which could be difficult for older people.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had good lighting, but we had to remind the staff because service was slow. There's a pub in the same complex, which is a plus if you enjoy nightlife. For people who want quiet, though, having a bar right there may feel uncomfortable.
