Staff had no sense of how to communicate and were rude. They suddenly cut the TV and AC connections, and the food was unhygienic. We asked to check out an hour late and were told it would cost 500 extra. The hotel environment was third-rate.

Check your timings carefully: check-in is at noon, but check-out is 10 AM. I thought hotels usually allowed checkout at noon and didn't know this place had a different policy. Staff came after 10:30 and demanded I leave immediately, threatening an extra charge if I wasn't out within ten minutes. Outside food isn't allowed, and their meals cost quite a lot. Even bottled drinking water is charged separately. If you book, be aware they have their own rules.

The hotel is in the city, but the main sightseeing spots are still around 10-15 km away. The stay wasn't satisfactory. Staff were rude and not very cooperative, and carrying luggage was inconvenient since there is no lift. The rooms weren't well maintained, cleanliness fell short, and the bedsheets weren't changed daily. The hotel needs a lot of improvement in both service and hygiene.

The receptionist was arrogant and rude, and wouldn't respond to any of our questions. Our room wasn't clean, there was no basic drinking water, and the geyser didn't work. Very disappointing.
