We were a group of nine, and the rooms for families felt really cramped, despite the property looking decent in photos. The food was the biggest letdown. Meals were bland, often lukewarm, and some things tasted as if they had been sitting out for hours. Even rice and starters weren't done well. Breakfast was especially frustrating, the idlis were hard, and the food quality felt below even a roadside cafeteria. Security, gardening staff, cooks, and room boys all seemed to be the same people, which left me wondering how the food could be good. I wouldn't recommend this resort if food matters to you. There are much better places where you can enjoy your meals instead of regretting them.

The restaurant service was slow, and the menu didn't offer much variety. Some of the food didn't seem fresh, while the taste was only average and fell short of expectations. The location and ambiance were good, though. I hope management works on improving the food and dining experience.

There were nine of us, and the resort fell short on hospitality, food, and upkeep. Insects, including large black spiders, cockroaches, and a lizard, were in the room with us. It hadn't been properly cleaned when we arrived, and basic maintenance seemed neglected. Some amenities didn't work properly or were poorly maintained. The food was also a letdown: limited choice, average taste, and dishes that were cold or didn't seem fresh. The hygiene standards didn't appear to be properly maintained, and for a place claiming to offer a premium experience, the meals were underwhelming. I hope management takes the feedback seriously and improves things for future guests.

The food was poor, with little choice and bad taste, and the price didn't feel justified. Rooms were dirty, the bedsheets weren't clean, and basic hygiene was lacking. The washrooms smelled unpleasant and were badly maintained. Service was very poor, and the resort seemed to have no maintenance at all. I'm completely unsatisfied and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We arrived hoping for a fun stay, but the room quickly dampened our mood. Then the food they served was really bad, nothing like we expected from a resort. There were very few staff, no proper chef, and not much space. The place wasn't kept clean, either. We had a very bad experience, and I wouldn't call this suitable for families.
