I'm very happy with this place and would visit again if I come to Kushinagar in the future.

The AC rooms cost too much, especially since the AC barely worked because of power problems, and there was no hot water. The staff were rude and didn't speak English. Worst stay in northern India. Stay away, 1/5.

There was a fire in the room when the AC transponder burst. They charged us ₹3400, knowing we had kids and no other option. They ripped us off. Terrible hotel. I gave one star only because I couldn't give zero. Please stay away.

The bed experience was no good. The room condition was so bad.

The staff's behavior was very bad. I especially recommend avoiding this place if you want a peaceful stay. There were gaps around the doors, so anyone could see what was happening inside the rooms. The rooms were very dirty. When we complained, they said, "It'll get cleaned," but nothing was cleaned. The documentation process was also very bad, etc.
